Copyright holder #10

I've specified Regime Shift Working Group as copyright holder in the regime-shifts/abruptdata license, you've added the CIEE. This work will be extended to include others, yes? Regardless, let's settle on one.

I put that in as a placeholder. Sorting this out is important and something we discussed a bit during the meeting after I'd put this in. Technically I'm not sure we can/should use Regime Shift Working Group (with/without CIEE) as does that entity have any legal standing? Do we want people to sign over copyright to us (doubt it, but then those people would need to be listed too in the ©).

The Copyright statement should include anyone who contributes code (not fixing a typo etc), so is likely to be somewhat evolving over time. At least that's my opinion and seems to mesh with the outcome of the discussion we had about authorship on R packages.

What do you/others think?

I wasn't sure about whether we could put like, "regime-shifts" working group, since that's the GH project name. I am fine with putting the CRE and AUT persons as the copyright holders, also.
