Parser missing ExtendedHeadLine #27

Keep ending up with 

<title>BKC--NCAA-Eastern Washington-Georgetown</title>

instead of 

<apcm:ExtendedHeadLine>Eastern Washington confident it can be latest team to upset Georgetown in NCAA Tournament</apcm:ExtendedHeadLine>

Need to fix!

Seems there's 

<apcm:ContentElement>FullStory</apcm:ContentElement>

and 

<apcm:ContentElement>FastStory</apcm:ContentElement>

But if you don't have a FullStory you don't know what you're getting ...
So, if it's from the AP and it's not a FullStory for now, we're skipping them.
