Gravity form dependencies #1

Figure out was Gravity Forms needs to function. It does not work out of the box.

Tried adding jQuery and it still doesn't work although it does fix some errors.

Could be short code support issue?

This was because I didn't have <?=wp_head()?> and <?=wp_footer()?> in the index (header/footer).
