Navigation fix to remove navigation references to Dash and add the new soccer blog #182

We need to remove all menu/navigation references to "Dash." It appears in the "Life" menu.

We need add navigation references to the new "First Touch" soccer blog. Let's make it the last blog item in the Sports and Blogs menus.

Looks like I already removed Dash from Bulldog: #171

Just need to update live sites with this change.
