Wrapping classes for top/bottom padding?

Related to #57

I'd like to think of a more "official"/logical way of adding space to the top/bottom of columns.

Why? Because I've gone with "bottom margin on everything" philosophy.

Having a wrapper class/es that handle this would be cool. Something that's modular and well thought out.

Assume/always pad to the bottom/right, add to the top/left with "headroom"/"elbowroom" classes.
