PowerDNS option to be deprecated #74

In #45 an option for PowerDNS integration was added, but it's now redundant to using .auto.dns.br servers. Remove that option, register domains with .auto.dns.br servers at domain:creation time, replace servers with user-supplied servers when transaction is complete.

Commit from 2023-04-26 changed DNS server option to use *.auto.dns.br. It is still pending though updating the domain with the DNS servers originally specified.

One alternative is to update with *.auto.dns.br so the domain correctly reflects what is registered, with the client later being able to change DNS servers. It's the MVP for this issue, which would leave updating with the original servers as an enhancement.

Fixed in 17ec553 , domain DNS servers are now updated with *.auto.dns.br. A possible enhancement is foreseen but not part of 8.0 milestone.
