AddProduct adding TLDs not available at beta.registro.br #87

AddProduct adds all .br TLDs, which is fine for production, also at the staging environment (beta.registro.br). With TestMode point to beta this should only add TLDs that are available at that environment.

Unpractical to factor that. Documentation will be changed to inform this beta.registro.br restriction.
