What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Read data from .xls(2003) file.
2.First two columns are date and time
3.When reading date, it reads fine, but time is always 12:00:00
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Time should be from 00:00:00 to 23:50:00, this is what I see if I convert the
file to CSV
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.xls(2003), windows 7
Please provide any additional information below.
