As part of loading the AA Effects into memory, we need to convert existing
AAs to the StatBonuses struct, including adding additional StatBonuses
fields for AAs and possibly spells. We may also want to look at adding
these bonuses as optional fields for items (non-viewable bonuses, etc, for
customization?).
