Target day of release, Monday August 21st.

[x] Adjust client to ship things directly to nats on port 4222
[x] Added NSIS installer
[ ] Run the backend deduper
[x] Document the NATS topics people can subscribe to
[x] Write a forum post announcing the service
[x] Configure CircleCI triggers on tag
[x] Add location ID to each order
[x] Rename to albiondata-client
[x] Release 1.0.0 Anything else I am missing?

As a note, I want to make sure I can recognize everyone that helped so far. Please let me know who I am missing and what name you want used on the forums.

Do we also want to do a pass on the backend to make it usable with Google Sheet's and a pass on the frontend to add some charting?

So for clarity this will be a targeted release of this client and the supporting backend, which is really just a nats node. The market web site and related HTTP APIs will be after we get this out.
