Boost Product #98

Compute the product of the boost rewards. Add the boost product to the total rewards. Scale the boost rewards by their proportional share in the product.

This may be a more approachable implementation of the geometric sum we previously had.

I like having the boot rewards interact as products. This really encourages clients to participate in more than one boost. Those providing LP in addition to staking ORE, see an asymmetric upside. Or rather, those not providing LP fall behind quickly with this implementation.

The incentive would be to distribute capital more evenly into several pools.
