Resize mode bindings: configurable size

Hello again! Hope you've been well.

I'm updating my system to 22.04 today and doing a clean install of regolith and everything is going great. I am so grateful for these efforts, regolith is my favorite i3 for years now. (:

I have successfully overridden some keybindings by creating ~/.config/regolith2/Xresources and it's very convenient.

I don't know how tough it would be, but it would be nice if the resize amounts that are hard-coded here could be overridden as Xresources:

• 6px or 6ppt is a lot on my display, 2 or 3 is more comfortable for me

For now I will proceed by moving that bit of config into my home directory and diddling with the package uninstall.
