New solarized-light theme #43

Add a Solarized Light theme. The wallpaper is from here:

https://github.com/mjswensen/themer/tree/master/cli/packages/wallpaper-burst

The repository LICENSE.md file claims the affected license is MIT, so the distribution seems to be granted. However, it can be changed for another wallpaper.

Thank you very much, @kgilmer . Unfortunately, I just realized I made a mistake: the Gtk theme is SolArc-Dark, which refers to Solarized-Dark theme, not Solarized-Light. I'm going to create another PR to solve the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Just done, PR #44. Sorry again! By the way, I don't know if there's a better way to fix a merged PR instead of creating another PR.
