Older version site snapshots have invalid css/links #135

For example: https://regolith-linux.github.io/regolith-site-r151/

Is looking to load css from: https://regolith-linux.github.io/feature-background_hu82c25fa98cd4e9a8103220017be4b8cb_1137197_960x540_fill_q75_catmullrom_top.jpg

But should be something like: https://regolith-linux.github.io/regolith-site-r151/feature-background_hu82c25fa98cd4e9a8103220017be4b8cb_1137197_960x540_fill_q75_catmullrom_top.jpg

@moritzheiber do you have any particular suggestion on how this should be resolved? If not, no problem I can dig into it, but wanted to make sure there wasn't some simple config option here to resolve this...
