As a user traversing the platform for the first time I want Eventique to provide a simple virtual tour or a small pop up with respect to the features available so that there is no confusion or a user does not miss out on any feature.

Acceptance Criteria when ever a new user signs up on looging into the platform he/she must be able to access Pop ups/ start up tour.

A good to have feature in the future, not now. Closing this, can be reopened post 3 sprints
