As a user, I want to efficiently manage vendors within Eventique by selecting preferred vendors, drafting email content, and sending initial inquiries. Additionally, I need the ability to send follow-up emails to vendors with ease after reviewing and approving the initial communication.

Acceptability Criteria

  1. The system must allow users to draft email content directly within the platform, including customization options for personalization.
  2. After sending the initial email, users should be provided with the functionality to schedule and send follow-up emails to vendors as needed.
  3. The platform must support the tracking of communication history with vendors, including timestamps for sent emails and any responses received.

Need to review Privacy laws if we can send email to a business without them opting in.

Out of scope for the scheduled 3 sprint release. Can reopen at a later point in time.
