As a user, I need a feature that enables me to input event requirements and preferences, allowing the system to generate accurate cost estimates. Additionally, I require functionality to optimize expenses by suggesting cost-effective vendors and services while maintaining event quality.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. The system must accurately calculate cost estimates based on the input parameters provided by the user, considering factors such as vendor fees, rental costs, catering expenses, and other relevant event expenditures.
  2. Users should have the option to adjust input parameters and receive updated cost estimates in real-time, providing flexibility in budget planning.
  3. The user should be shown (UI) a summary of the approximate budget costs at each task level in an event.
