Added basic login page, re-structured the dirs, added tailwindcss

• Re-structured the frontend directory
• added Tailwindcss as a dependency
• Removed previous Login page
• Added new basic login page with no connections to API yet

Well written and structured frontend code. Changes :-

• username to email
• remove/merge .gitignore to primary .gitignore outside the frontend folder

The changes are non breaking and can come in a separate PR.
