Italy, Spain, USA?, England(???) -> e.g. Kent summer 2020 very useful test case for sparkling v flat white vino!!! Stick to northern hemisphere for now Need to make sure the wine growing period is also valid for each country (France is March - October but that might be different for other place e.g USA - California)
