Who uses the PyPI mappings? #1645

Who uses these mappings? https://github.com/regro/cf-graph-countyfair/tree/master/mappings/pypi

Despite the name grayskull_pypi_mapping, it seems that Grayskull doesn't use it.

I know that conda-lock does use it.

In terms of making changes, it would be nice to know what tools might break.

We could consider adding a Consumers section to the README in the pypi mappings directory for this purpose.
