Add proper support for `defaults` channel from conda-forge #24

This also adds in a hack to treat pip the same way that conda-forge does. Fixes channel fusing to work as intended

cc @msarahan This will allow us to specify defaults and conda-forge in metachannel and have it just work* (where satisfiable since this is basically strict without free).
