Add logs to repo #209

Adding the rever logs to the repo would allow multiple people to work on a release, since partial releases would be respected in the logs and additional uses of rever (potentially from different people) would continue from the last place in the logs.

This would require a rever clean cli so one can start fresh. Most likely this will remove everything but the log and change the log's salt so as not to use previous attempts.
