Fixing Uqload scraper with new TLD #103

Uqload changed (again) its TLD, from .co to .io, thus breaking the uqload support. This PR fix this problem and add a corresponding test for old .co support. I ran the tests successfully and confirmed the fix is working on the latest version of Firefox.

Thank you for your contribution. I've changed it to no longer check the Uqload TLD. When it changes TLD again, Cast Kodi should support future changes.
