fix apiInner.mustache bug: add ability to send binary data into axios request
regenerate apis with apiInner.mustache changes
add ability to pass buffer into index.js for check video liveness

one more: a bit strange in our case to have different binary inputs - in one case its ArrayBuffer, in another Uint8Array. binary data should be handled in same way everywhere
