Peer-to-peer ambient sound generator based on ssb

• lets you upload, edit tag and share sound snippets
• all users can tag all sounds and up/down vote their quality
• there are tight limits for sound duration and file size
• sounds are meant to be re-combined algorithmically to create endless, non-repeating ambient background sound
• sounds can be combined into sets that control probability, mix levels, crossfade etc.
• sets can be combined in a fractal fashion (sets of sets of sets of sounds)
• optionally, more sophisticated controls
  • timeline (5 minutes of "campfire at the beach" followed by 3 minutes of rain)
  • schedule sets/sounds based on time of day or outside events (remote control via ssb message)
