make the page footer prettier #59

there is a html file called in til/templates called "til_footer". It is at bottom of every page. Maybe this should be an "about", or "credits/about".

This does improve the look of the footer and is a good first step. Thanks, I am going to merge it into dev. The footer is too prominent, it should just be links to separate pages (one for credits, one for about). I will create a new issue for that.
