Various updates to main `README` documentation

The main purpose of this update is to clarify in detail, how to connect the MeowFace app to VRCFaceTracking.

The main areas missing were how to find your local ip, and how to know what port to send your packets to.

Extra bonuses in this pull request include:

• Refactored styling in the document to conform to the default Prettier standards
• Updating the elevator pitch line to be easier to read / more grammatically correct. ("Let" was ambiguous)
• Added a guide on how to get your local IP address on Windows computers.
