From e.g. http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/JavaScript the HTML renderer wrongly
creates invalid IDs

<a id="If_.E2.80.A6_else_(Bedingte_Anweisung)" ....

<a id=".C3.9Cberblick" name=".C3.9Cberblick"> ...

<a id="Dialogmethoden_/_Benutzereingaben" ...
