Tags with empty content #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a wiki page that there is a <s></s> in it.
2. Save the page.
3. Open page in a browser (e.g. Firefox
4. from the point of the tag (that is converted to <s /> because its content is 
empty), every thing is stroked through.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think that conversion from <s></s> to <s /> in your code is not necessary.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This defect occurred using other empty tags (for example, <div 
class="ltrtxt"></div> will apply style "ltrtxt" to the rest of text)

is allowed for "section tags"
