Map will:

• [x] Load with coordinates (lat long) and zoom level set around Nashville
• [x] Display markers assigned by location (lat long)
• [x] Zoom in/out and pan with user input (both mouse and touch!)
• [x] Display 'neighborhood' areas as colored circles
• [x] Zoom into' neighborhood' when button is clicked
