Added an Auth service to aid in authentication with Firebase. Also added a ToastService that is used by the AuthService. This ToastService will pop up with a message to the EU when they need to know something like if they logged in successfully or if something went wrong. Finally, I added an AuthGuard that depends on the AuthService. this AuthGuard will prevent any UnAuthed EU from entering any Auth only pages closes #2 closes #19
