Please update metamod-r for Svencoop #45

Hello, now metamod is fully compatible with the game according to the developers.

Text in update:

Restored API/ABI compatibility with vanilla GoldSrc/Metamod-P. The custom Sven Co-op Metamod-P build is no longer necessary (and in fact won't work anymore).

Sven Co-op Update Released Build 3082297 (01 September, 2018)

Hello, still a mistake: "Failure to init game DLL; exiting"
