Bomb position on radar #159

Hi! I had tested the latest reapi (5.12.0.192) and I noticed there are problems with bomb on radar. While there is a 30-60 seconds left at round bomb (dropped) position on radar is often different than position on the map. Sometimes even player on the radar is signed as dropped bomb.

Did you tested without AMXX and other metamod plugins?
