Semiclip with player -> entity #334

Can you make a hook to make the player semiclip work with entity? I know there is RH_SV_AllowPhysent but it doesn't work on entities. Below is the version for HLDS but it doesn't work on REHLDS and regamedll. https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=261852
