Set hlds tittle on windows #390

Is this possible ? I'am trying to start hlds with start "hlds_ttitle" /min hlds.exe -game cstrike bla bla ba bla but hlds name will "Console".

@omertelli It's standard behavior, but I think we can change it.

The question here is only: decide what to write there.

Maybe Map, Current/Max players, and FPS? How often we can update this title?

Or set tittle whatever we want. It must be dynamic

I suppose title should differentiate windows, to help select correct one when more than one is available (many servers). So, IP:port, name can serve that.

Why not hostname?

Imho, it should be

HLDS IP:Port hostname

or something from the user input in place of hostname or after it.

Well. Maybe, let's try to make it configureable? For example, like this: ConTitle=%IP%:%PORT% %HOSTNAME%

In GUI mode it is just hostname.
