As the title says, you can kill someone behind glass with a non wall-penetration weapon. This is glass that is unbreakable (deathrun_temple). You need to stand in the same position as a teammate or a bit back, i don't know exactly how but sometimes the bullet hits the user behind the glass. A way to know if you can is that the enemy name will show up.
EDIT: penetfire doesn't seem to be the cause but it's linked to the semiclip.
