Check Google's place search API: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/places/web-service/search Or https://www.slpy.com/
For the search page (on the map), searching should show addresses and once selected, give the lat/long coordinates
Note: Ticket #98 also uses Google maps API so work with whoever's doing that for the api key
