Given a .tsv of tweets, repeat the following:

[x] present a tweet to the user
[x] solicit a binary label
[x] train a classifier

see bin/active-learn. Currently samples chronologically and classifies with Naive Bayes.

Up next:

[ ] support different classifiers
[ ] support different active learning strategies
[ ] tokenize once rather than at each iteration
[ ] save/load classifier
