Get rid of mode selection so the entire extension works as if in remote mode #6

Project mode and local mode overcomplicate things, and it is useless to differentiate between them now that other config options have been implemented. Users can configure Coderank to behave like local mode by not pushing to remote and behave like project mode by turning off auto saving and refresh rate.
