Error migrating issues. beast-mcmc #85

I've tried multiple times across several days and continue to get:

Aw, Snap!

There was an error migrating beast-mcmc to GitHub.

The error is as follows:

Project: beast-mcmc
Error migrating issues.
You can delete the GitHub repo and export the project again, read our FAQ for 
any known issues, or contact Google for assistance.

Dumping all "error migrating issues" bugs to #88 for tracking purposes.

There are some reliability problems while migrating individual issues. And the 
more issues a project has, the more likely an individual issue migration will 
fail, causing the entire migration to be aborted.

You can safely delete the GitHub repo and retry the migration.
