Support more entity types in custom grains #162

Add support for splines and polylines to custom grains.

Hey, thanks for your quick response on my comment in the other issue. I've attached two dxf files. The "Custom grain.dxf" is the geometry I would like to simulate but it gives me the error message that "entity of type INSERT" is not supported. I couldn't figure out where this entity was coming from or how to get rid of it so I created a simple rectangle as a test geometry (test geometry.dxf). I can't tell if the .exe programm loads the file at all because it closes the editor, shows no face and when I run the simulation, it is frozen at 0%.
