New Windows Release Required #179

The changes in CL and the new features in staging would be great to have in a current executable for windows. The last release was in October 2019

Good news, just 9 months late. I added even more new features and have a new .exe version built available here, which I plan to make the official v0.5.0 release if I don't find any problems with it soon.
