Bug - Close button missing from Propellant Editor screen #186

Please add back in the Close button on the Propellant Editor screen. Version 0.5.0 pulled from stage

This change was intentional to make some additional room in the window for the important stuff. The intent is that you close the window with the X in the corner.

How about adding the close button to the same area where the other buttons are?
