End Burning Grain Modifications #198

It would be super cool to be able to sim end burning grains with different features on the aft face of the grain (i.e. a small pocket, slot, or concave cone)

That would be neat! Unfortunately, it would probably require proper 3D grain simulation while this program is really only set up for 2D shapes extruded over the length of the grain. Something for an eventual rewrite!
