3 months ago - OMP spot scoring/detecting is a for loop over each gene in the gene panel. This is fine, but some devices have sufficient RAM (VRAM) to run on multiple genes at once.
- If we batch over genes we could get slightly faster OMP speeds using pytorch's batch-supported functions during spot scoring/detecting.
