Prevent automatic deployment if run resolve-cloud with wrong or empty command #49

For example, I executed yarn resolve-cloud uv01wg9jtrqijvbc0yzhxm7lyuv0 logs and resolve-cloud started deploying my app. But I just wanted to see the logs but misprinted in the command arguments.
