Resource unavailable Error on app start. #59

Describe the bug Resource unavailable Error on app start. I suppose it happens on the lamdas startup. The same issue was in the admin panel. The issue was reproduced by several developers from different ISP networks.

To Reproduce Open the app after some period of sleep.

Fixed in version 0.28.2
