-LINUX- Problems with video on youtube(HTML5)

I'm debian user

unfortunately my video card does not support hardware acceleration on linux

This brings problems when viewing on youtube format HTML5(cpu usage at 100%, 
scroll the page semi-blocked, jerky video)

Is this a Chrome issue?

now i use version stable of chrome 18.0.1025.151
