Displaying ClinVar mutations on some proteins is too slow

TP53 for example; the JSON format is to repetitive; the disease metadata would ideally be moved out to avoid repetition, or we should send compressed response instead (#153). This concerns the next version.

Also, filtering to pathogenic only on by default would solve this issue.
