Update the genomic and proteomic mappings #167

After addition of new site types the precomputed PTM information in mappings need to be updated. Opening to remember to finish it off.

Done. Only the genomic mappings include the pre-computed sites data to get better performance when checking if mutations affect PTM sites and those were updated. Verified using sumoylation-only 676 K site in BCLAF1 and queries:
